I'm Yana, a senior product designer based in London. I specialise in research, discovery and product strategy, working across B2B and B2C products.
Over 14 years, I've designed consumer experiences and complex workflows in healthcare, mobility, finance and enterprise software. I like understanding what people need, helping teams choose what to improve and working through the design in detail.
How I work
Understanding the work before shaping the product
At GlobalLogic, I spent six years working with product teams across different industries. I learned how to get up to speed quickly, ask useful questions and build trust with people who knew the domain.
I work closely with product managers and engineers, using research to shape priorities, test interactions and refine the experience. My work includes a consumer flatshare app that shipped on iOS and Android, as well as insulin-pump apps, fleet operations software and enterprise AI.
I'm now looking for an in-house product team where I can help shape direction and stay involved as the product grows.
Away from the screen
I cycle a lot, travel whenever I can, and rarely sit still for very long.
